Cara membuat:

- Panaskan cream sampai hampir mendidih

- Campur instant coffee tanpa ampas

- Pindahkan ke wadah lalu campur dengan dark chocolate couverture sampai merata menggunakan whisk

- Masukkan ke chiller sampai mengeras
